TCP Challenge #5: Recycling Bill Envelopes

In today's age of online bill paying & email, it's easy to imagine that someday there will no return envelopes cluttering our counters and filling our landfills. But, until that day, we currently still get enough regular mail that we end up with the occasional return envelope. It could be for sending in your bill payment, placing an order, or simply responding with "no thanks", but if you aren't sending it back, what can you do with it? Many people hold on to these and use them as regular envelopes when they need to mail something. But where is the fun in that?
